When Marc Riley posted a Tweet asking if anyone knew anyone who could build Apps, I replied, but didn’t hold out much hope. I’d bet a thousand developers out there would love to work with Marc, and develop an App for the BBC, but to my amazement, he got back to me, and, 2 days later I was creating concepts for how a Content Based app might work for his All Shook Up programme on BBC Music.

After making a functioning Wireframe that established the UX, we moved on to how the App would look, I presented a couple of options and from there I was able to design the rest of product and give them a strong idea of how the App looks, and how it works, then we headed into Development and sometime later we emerged with an App that allows them to deliver fresh content from their TV show, directly to people’s handsets.

The project was great for us to work on, and is available in the App Store right now, featuring some amazing performances from Jesca Hoop, Sauna Youth and Teleman, and of course Marc himself.

Get in touch today and let’s talk about how we can build your next big App idea.
